Berney Associates came about after Liz left her position as an Assistant Professor in Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. Dissatisfied with the speed and impact of academic research on real-world problems, Liz has dedicated her career to bringing actionable, practical organizational development solutions to leaders in both the public and private sectors.
